Supply Chain Analyst About the role: Supply Chain Analyst have a passion for data analysis and programming, creative problem solving, able to communicate ideas effectively and a self-starter eager to learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced environment with focus on customer service. You will be hands at every stage of the process. ** Qualified Candidate Identified ** Your responsibilities will include: * Providing technical and functional hands on support for data acquisition and analysis. * Troubleshooting system and process issues as they arise and escalating as necessary. * Activities include researching and resolving problems; supporting scheduled activities; and recommending solution or alternate methods to meet requirements * Analyzes, designs, constructs, tests, and implements system or application enhancements. * Creates and maintains all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes. * Demonstrates technical leadership by staying current on new technologies. * Maintains collaborative working relationship with IS business partners, IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security), and software vendors. * Understands customer's business implications and incorporates understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations. * Frequent interorganizational and outside customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Uses diplomacy and tact to resolve difficult situations. * Updating documentation and Performing other duties as assigned. What we re looking for in you: Basic Qualifications * Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of Data Analyst experience * Strong Analytical skills, ability to structure and perform data analysis * Proactive ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from analysis performed * Strong ability to work with Microsoft SQL, MS Access and Excel to generate reports efficiently * Ability to work with MS Office tools (Word, Power Point) * Perform to a high level of accuracy on all tasks * Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures. * Strong aptitude for problem identification and resolution as well as a continuous improvement mindset * Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing (or related field) with 1-3 years Data Analyst experience About us As a global medical technology leader for more than 35 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
