As a member of the Talent and Organizational Development (TOD) team, this position partners closely with peers, staff, and leaders across the enterprise to monitor training and development needs of multiple business units across Press Ganey, identify needs and gaps in learning, and work to develop (and execute) a learning strategy that is in alignment with the overall corporate strategy. This position will utilize the principals of adult learning when collaborating with peers and relevant stakeholders to develop innovative and practical resources, deliver effective, learner-focused education in-person or via a virtual delivery platform, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training and resources created. This position may also create or update existing resources to support a new product, solution, or project including checklists, implementation timelines, and other printed or digital materials.less thanbr> Duties and Responsibilities:less thanbr> * Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure stakeholders have the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver scope of services.less thanbr> * Responsible for identifying gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities and for planning and executing high quality training and development initiatives to address them.less thanbr> * Partner with other departments to identify training needs related to new products, new client resources, healthcare industry knowledge, etc.less thanbr> * Facilitate and deliver training in-person or virtually as one-on-one sessions or to larger groups; This may also include researching and retaining outside vendors for training support as needed.less thanbr> * Responsible for development of educational resources and documentation to aid stakeholders in maximizing performance. This includes planning, conducting research, writing, reviewing, and utilization of SMEs.less thanbr> * Serve as a super-user of PG s Learning Management System as a tool for cascading some types of learning.less thanbr> * Ensure that educational resources are maintained and kept current (both internal and external).less thanbr> Qualifications:less thanbr> * 3-5 years of training, adult learning, teaching, coaching, and instructional design experience required.less thanbr> * Master s degree, CPLP, or equivalent education/certification preferred.less thanbr> * Experience teaching/facilitating courses using an online digital platform (webex, zoom, etc) preferred.less thanbr> * Superior analytical, project management, time management, communication, writing, and presentation skills.less thanbr> * Ability to consult with senior leaders on training initiatives to determine the appropriate mechanism and timing of training considering organizational priorities.less thanbr> * Ability to manage multiple projects at once while addressing immediate priorities.less thanbr> * Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.less thanbr> * Up to 20% travel to internal meetings, training events, client organizations, etc. depending on stakeholder needs.less thanbr> Minimum Education:less thanbr> * Bachelor s Degree requiredless thanbr> All positions at Press Ganey require an applicant who has accepted an offer to undergo a backg
