Job Description

Responsible for the smooth operation of the Event Management (VenueND) Sales Office by answering client phone calls, entering leads into system and providing information to the correct Sales Specialist.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Answer phones, receiving general information, entering leads into system for tracking and assigning leads to Sales Specialist.
  • Run reports
  • Other administrative duties related to tracking contracts and pace of business.
Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. 1+ years of professional experience Attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, appreciation of ND mission

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
