General Responsibilities: Preparation of food for patients, associates and all other guests. Prepares food for special events. Provides relief for all positions as needed. Cook I is responsible for learning and developing skills for safe, efficient and high quality food production and service. Cook I will practice continual performance improvement. Financial controls, safety, sanitation, cleanliness and plant maintenance standards will be adopted and supported by Cook I.
