MINIMUM EDUCATION Associate s degree in business, office administration, or related field or equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE At least one year of related experience. MINIMUM OTHER Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with budgeting and financial reports; excellent written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented. RANKING2 JOB DUTY Assist the Director in public relations of CERES as Secretariat to university, community, regional and national organizations; field inquires; provide information, distribute materials; supervise preparation and filing of annual reports required for the Talloires Declaration, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) report, American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment (ACUPCC) and the Climate Leadership Commitment; work with the Director to finalize these packages of material before they are submitted and oversee the public display of same on university websites; supervise support for the Indiana Green Campus Network (IGCN); act as principal secretary to the Council on the Environment (COTE).
