Primary responsibilities include teaching, conducting scholarly research (primarily in the area of Property Management), and service to the Department of Management, Miller College of Business, Ball State University, the Muncie community, and State of Indiana. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A PhD in real estate management, property management, housing or closely related field from an accredited university or college. An ABD in advance stages of completion may apply, but degree must be earned by date of appointment. AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE US Employer will consider sponsorship. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate property management; record of successful teaching of real estate management or related field; ability to publish in top-tier journals; evidence of grantsmanship experience; willingness to work with real estate property management industry;effective oral and written communication skills; ability to work cooperatively and interact effectively with faculty and staff to contribute to the strategic plan of the department, college, and university.
