Desktop Support TechnicianWe are seeking an entry level Support Technician to provide IT support and ensure continuity of IT services for our organization. In this role, you will support our growing agency, which specializes in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.About Peak Community Services, Inc.For over 60 years, Peak Community Services has been dedicated to helping people with Developmental or Intellectual disabilities grow in the community at work, at home, and in everyday life.QUALIFICATIONS:iiProficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office, Networking, and Intranet. Experience with configuring PC's, Laptops and printers.REPORTS TO: Director of Information TechnologyEMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION:iiNon-ExemptSKILLS AND ABILITY:Passion for technology, technical experience, ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational and project management skills, strong troubleshooting skills, close attention to detail, efficient time management, proactive in problem solving, and self-motivated.RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware, equipment, and software to ensure optimal workstation performance.Work, coordinate, document, resolve, and close help desk tickets.Other duties as assigned.
