As the Supervisor, Financial Analysis, you will focus on budgeting, forecasting, modeling and preparing the monthly internal reporting packages for management. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Serve as a liaison between Operations and Finance; attend meetings to keep abreast of upcoming changes to businessRespond to questions and requests from Operations for financial dataCoordinate the setup of new accounting units, project codes, work centers, etc. as needed for billing and proper cost accountingEnsure customers are invoiced accurately and in a timely mannerSet up templates, queries and/or manual processes for invoice data collection; supervise the execution of invoicing processesKeep records of contracts, amendments, work orders, etc. and their impact on billing requirements (e.g. annual inflation adjustments)Maintain and ensure the satisfactory preparation and distribution of internal and customer-facing reportsReview time studies for pricingWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience3 years of experience in accounting/finance functions working with multiple ERP and financial reporting systems2 years of supervisory/lead analyst experienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeIt'd be great if you also have:MBA or CPAAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent project management and leadership skillsBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
