Robert Half International HR Coordinator in JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana

Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator who is deeply passionate about growing at a large communications company. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Duties of the HR Coordinator:

  • Full cycle recruiting and onboarding new hires

  • Enter timesheets for hourly employees

  • Update and track employee attendance, PTO, and personnel information in HRIS

  • Ensure all visitors compliance with safety and security guidelines

    Requirements

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel

  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS Database

  • Personnel file maintenance experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
