Aerotek Data Entry Clerk in Jasper, Indiana


Order Entry Team Members will assist with inputting of customer orders. These individuals will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting information in Stens' internal software to process and deliver on customer orders.

Within the department, employees assist existing customers with small and large orders brought in by person, mail, email, fax, and phone. Additionally, this department will assist with setup of new customers and updating out-of-date information as needed.


  • Input order information into systems as needed through programs and other software.

  • Obtains necessary information from customer service team, and enters information into computer for order processing.

  • Identify items on company diagrams to assist customers with various questions.

  • Notifies other appropriate personnel of findings, adjustments and recommendations such as exchange of merchandise, refund of money, credit of customer’s account, or adjustment of customer’s bill.

  • Enters credit card payments on accounts.

  • Informs of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and additional information needed by customer.

  • Conducts research on the website as well as other industry-related sites to make parts recommendations.
