Our VIP/Premium Seat Services Team is made up for the following positions and responsibilities which band members (our term for team members) work interchangeably within the department:
VIP Ticket Taker: Greet fans with a warm welcome, scan tickets and issue proper show credentials/wristbands, assist in answering any venue, artist or experience related questions, share information on available amenities and offer a pleasant parting remark while ensuring that only those fans with tickets to the VIP areas are permitted.
VIP Ushers: Continue to welcome fans with a friendly greeting, check credentials of all fans, offer assistance in seating, proactively identify any unpleasant situations or fan needs, answer questions and add value to the guest experience.
VIP Parking: Band members will assist in safely, quickly and efficiently directing VIP fans (with the proper parking asses) to a designated parking areas and offering pleasant instructions as to the next step of the fan's experience.
All band members will assist in venue cleanup and tear-down at the end of each show which may include but is not limited to assisting with trash pickup, moving some VIP club furniture and picking up lawn chairs.
