Resource Treatment Facility
Provide therapy and case management to adults, children, youth, and families where one or more family member(s) experiences abusive behavior or acts abusively toward other. Abusive behaviors include such behaviors as sexually maladaptive behaviors, physically abusive behaviors, neglect of children, and/or domestic violence. A range of services are provided to the families through therapeutic and case management strategies. Responsible for coordinating continuum of therapeutic goals for all assigned clients and their families ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external agencies and referral sources requirements. Responsible for conducting individual and family therapy sessions related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities, various duties related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related field and preferably previous experience working with children/adolescents.
Possess, be eligible, or completing supervision experience for clinical licensure in the State of Indiana
Possess sufficient clinical background with specialization in clinical theories pertinent to sexually maladaptive behavior children, adolescents, and residential treatment. (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care programs.
Knowledgeable about childhood development.
Must possess valid Indiana driver’s license and auto insurance/declaration page on file.
Minimum 21 years of age.

Ability to work assigned hours per week.
Ability to walk, sit, stand, for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to run, squat, and kneel.
