DEFENDERS Talent Attraction Sourcer in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana

Overview

MISSION OF THE TALENT ATTRACTION SOURCER : This role is responsible for finding qualified candidates and providing them to the recruiters.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize iCIMs (Applicant Tracking System) to input candidates and update statuses.

  • Coordinate with Recruiters on current business needs.

  • Utilize job board search functions to find top talent to match business needs.

  • Call candidates to coordinate phone screens with Recruiters.

  • Creatively use text campaigns and other resources to reach potential candidates.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Talent Attraction Manager.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required.

  • Experience using Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, and other job board searches preferred.

  • Background supporting a recruitment team ideal (not required)

  • Intermediate/advanced excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, charts, working in spreadsheets daily)

  • Data-entry/database experience (ATS ideal)

Qualifications

Background and Minimum Experience:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum Experience – At least 1+ years recruiting experience in a corporate or third party staffing model

  • Knowledge and experience of MS Word and Excel required

  • Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check.
