Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross functional teams across Sales, Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Product & Marketing to deliver data driven solutions that add value to their businesses.

  • Improve upon and develop new processes (end-to-end) from collection to visualization with minimal handoffs and automation in mind

  • Manage project deadlines and expectations end to end with internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate and understand business needs across Global Go-To-Market teams and how our team can add value through data and automation

  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; work with project stakeholders to adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success

  • Work hand in hand with our Data Science, Data Engineering, and Visualization teams to translate business needs into comprehensive technical requirements

  • Improve and Develop processes to create more efficiency

  • Prioritize product improvements and features

  • Develop Propensity To Buy Models with business partners

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Hands on experience and passion for data analytics using SQL

  • Experience performing analysis on datasets - Excel wizard

  • Experience visualizing data to tell a story, diagnose problems, identify opportunities with Excel, Tableau, Einstein Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business (both business and technical-facing), gather requirements, and oversee projects from beginning to end; along with effective interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management and organization skills to keep projects on track and moving toward the end business goal

  • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator.

  • Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills.

  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail

  • Able to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • BA/BS in Business/Analytics or a relevant field

  • Proven ability and experience innovating new solutions

  • Team player with collaborative methods of engagement, and an inquisitive, positive, roll-up sleeves attitude

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in Consulting, Analytics, Business Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations or related areas a plus

  • Prior enterprise software sales experience

  • Understanding of enterprise software sales lifecycle and processes

  • Visual Basic/ Python/R scripting experience
