Acadia Healthcare Shift Supervisor-1st Shift in Indianapolis, Indiana
The Shift Supervisor shall be responsible for directing the functions of Direct Care Staff working on the individual units, as well as coordinating many aspects of each resident’s treatment and overall unit operations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have at least two years experience working with children in a residential or behavioral health setting.
Must be certified in CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention or be eligible for certification within 30 days of hiring.
Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience working with children in a residential or behavioral health setting; or 4 years experience working with children in a residential or behavioral health setting.
2 years of supervisory experience
