About the Role
Our product teams are passionate about building products that directly impact people’s lives. In this role, you work with your team on a responsive web app for a logistics company, delivering critical functionality for account managers and logistics coordinators.
As Senior Product Owner, you drive product discovery, design, and delivery. You work closely with our client to understand their business needs and with end-users to understand their goals. You develop a product vision and work with our design team to craft a solution. You build the product backlog and guide the scrum team throughout development, demonstrating progress at the end of each sprint. You directly impact the lives of those on your team, our client, and, most definitely, end-users.

5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Advanced level product discovery.
Intermediate level human-centered design.
Expert level backlog management.
Expert level end-user testing.
Intermediate level agile/scrum methodologies.
Where you’ll work.
We have two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. Once we reopen our offices, you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time, or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
