House of Blues Security Staff (Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn at White River State Park) in Indianapolis, Indiana
The Security Team is made up of a few different positions, which staff members will work interchangeably on a show by show basis to ensure the safety of all fans and fellow band members. Job functions within these different positions include:
Perform bag checks, pat-downs, and/or metal detection among fans entering the venue. Ensure that fans do not bring prohibited items into the venue.
Patrol all areas where fans and/or band members may be present to preserve safety and detect threats to the venue's fans, band members, and property.
Monitor the entrance and departure of fans and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or escort violators from premises.
May write reports of disorderly incidents that occur during the night of a show.
Provide exceptional customer service that will make fans want to come back and visit again.
All fellow staff members will be expected to assist in trash/lawn chair pickup at the end of each show night.
