Briljent LLC Project Analyst - Junior in Indianapolis, Indiana

Position Title: Project Analyst - JuniorSummary:The Project Analyst will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting a larger team of stakeholders with the coordination and communication efforts for the daily tasks and overall project goals. Project analysis scheduling and communication are key to the success of the team.Duties: Meet with project leads and managers weekly Solicit updates regarding task progress Solicit, track and analyze project schedule changes Assess impacts to the project schedule Create reports identifying task updates, changes and risks Create custom reports as neededRequired Skills: Candidates must have strong proficiencies in MS Project with at least 2 years of managing project schedules through MS Project. MS Project expertise preferred Strong Experience in analyzing project schedule changes and potential schedule impacts Strong Microsoft Excel experience developing custom formulas and macros for data analysis and report creation Must be able to manage various project dynamics and ensure teams stay on targeted completion datesPreferred Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint Experience working in a large financial or integrated systems arena Strong analytical skills and predictive analysis to drive results and maintain timelines Must be able to communicate and work well with team members Monitoring allocated hours and ensuring completion dates are met to adhere to project deadlinesBriljent will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, marital status, race, religion, veteran status, disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act), sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin or other status as protected by applicable law.
