Job DetailsABOUT THE ROLE:
The Pathfinder Training Program launched in Indianapolis in 2018 with the goal of training 500 Indiana workers to earn their Salesforce certifications and to find incredible jobs within the Salesforce ecosystem. As the program moves out of its pilot year, the Pathfinder Training Program seeks a Program Specialist to join the team to support program operations and participant success as Pathfinder scales to new markets in 2019. The Pathfinder Program Specialist is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the long-term success of participants in the program, has experience in database management and administration, an eye for marketing, and can build strong, lasting stakeholder relationships. Graduates and current participants of the Pathfinder Training Program are encouraged to apply - please indicate on your resume that you are currently enrolled or an alumni of the program.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own management and administration of Pathfinder Salesforce org, including building custom objects, importing and exporting data, managing users, and advancing the use and development of the portal product
Support the Pathfinder application life cycle, including coordinating interviews, managing communication to applicants, and ensuring an incredible candidate experience
Support recruitment efforts at community college partners and within the Vetforce/Veteran community to build strong, long-term application pipelines
Develop robust print and digital marketing communication systems and content to support current, past, and future Pathfinder program participants
Provide instructional support to program participants, including monitoring participant questions and providing individualized coaching and encouragement
Coordinate volunteer programs for Pathfinder, including mentorship opportunities, technical instructors, and volunteer speakers
Work cross-functionally with the Recruiting, Trailhead, Public Relations, Government Affairs, Equality, and Workforce Development teams to align and support internal stakeholders
Support planning and execution of Pathfinder events, including but not limited to training events, social events, webinars, and career fairs
At least 3-5 years of work experience

Expertise in data management and administration, including importing and exporting data, building customizations, and completing reports and analysis. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Non Profit Starter Pack strongly preferred
Ability to connect and build strong, two-way relationships across a diverse group of key internal and external stakeholders, including students, university partners, educators and employers
Knowledge of the workforce development landscape; including implications, challenges and nuances at the local and national level
Strong project management skills; expert task management, resource management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and juggle multiple tasks
Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines. Works well with ambiguity.
