As a PLG/ Growth Product Manager, you will build growth product experiences and infrastructure in order to grow the Passageways business through highly personalized experiences that span every digital touchpoint. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on unlocking remarkable experiences for our target audience by continually seeking opportunities for innovation, increased efficiencies, and outsized impact. You will drive strong decision-marketing through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights. You believe that customer data ? in all of its forms ? can be our strategic advantage if leveraged in the right way.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing towards key self-serve metrics such as: Trial Conversion rate, time to expansion, and overall online new revenue.
Research, define, and evangelize a roadmap that shapes the strategic vision of the company, taking into account customer needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility.

Manage conversion rate optimization and personalization strategy, including ideation, planning, testing, optimization, and reporting
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and propose high-impact testing opportunities
Collaborate with design, engineering, and business leads on features and test
Development of a structured feedback loop to ensure that our customers issues are fed back to the right part of the business so that we resolve and fix the root cause
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years in Product Management, Analytics, or Growth Product Design at a B2B SaaS company
Experience building across platforms (desktop, mobile web, app) in companies with a self-serve model or Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy REQUIRED
Deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple devices.
Proven ability to influence executives and team leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
A willingness to be bold
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a talented team of engineers and designers.
Experience with using a free trial or freemium model required
Previous experience with international product development preferred
SQL, Google Analytics/Event Tracking, Financial analysis/case experience are all pluses
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred
