Aerotek Litigation Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description:

The Litigation Support Specialist ensures that the client's needs and expectations are satisfied in an accurate and timely manner. This position is one that handles various tasks within a Email Archive/DOCUMENT COLLECTION environment.

Job Requirements:

➢ eDiscovery to include the following:

o Search Strategy and Term Development, analysis and execution

o Collection, production and delivery of data

o Active involvement and ownership of data maintenance, analysis and reporting.

o Support the research, analysis and presentation of information by producing reports, compiling and

summarizing information, and producing supporting documentation.

o Interpret reports and make recommendations to internal team.

o Communicate conclusions through spreadsheet documents, meeting participation and one-on-one

conversations.

o Identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency and formulate and implement process

improvements in consultation with internal team.

o Develop, produce and maintain ad hoc and custom reports.

o Complete special projects as directed by business management.

o System review/updates/maintenance

o Perform other duties as assigned

➢ Miscellaneous to include the following:

o Meet or exceed productivity expectations

o Identify potential problems and solutions and bring it to a leadership’s attention

o Complete daily timesheets recording work completed

o Follow through on tasks assigned

o Maintain necessary documentation

o Support management decisions

o Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures

o Promote teamwork in a cooperative manner

o Produce a quality work product

o Perform other duties as assigned

All in all these candidates are going to be supporting a team of individuals onsite at the respective client. They are going to be pulling data from Internet based or computer based software's or documentation systems. They will be assisting lawyers, litigation specialists, and onsite consultants in litigation matters. They will also need to be able to interact with different types of personnel (lawyers, managers, board members and potential clients), so customer interaction is going to be a key while searching for candidates.
