The KIT

Production (KP) department builds kits for clinical trails research, and is

spread across 3-4 rooms of the building. Candidates will rotate between 3-4

departments throughout the day (they switch jobs every 3 hours). They will

stand in their own individual space with a computer screen and about 200 small

bins surrounding them. The computer will tell them the order, there will be a

red light that illuminates the location of the bin, and the builder will pick

that item and pack into the box. When the box is complete, they will CAREFULLY

label the box in the correct area, and put it onto a rolling conveyor that

brings the box to shipping. There is another area/job that is very similar

to the cells, but set up more like a cubicle. Candidates will sit or stand at

their station with the product staged for them. They will them build the kit by

hand. Overall - this job is EXTREMELY SIMPLE. Candidates need to be ready

to stand for 12 hours (some days, but not all), and have good attention to detail.

They are aloud to wear headphones in most areas, and will get to rotate around

the KP group each day so the job is slightly less repetitive. location - 46214,

3 months contract to hire.

Shifts -

1st Shift:

2 on/ 2 offs/3 on/ 3 offs

rotating 12 hours shift working every weekend// 6 am to 6 pm ($16)

3rd SHIFT

6 pm - 6

am 2/2/3, 12 hrs rotating shift working every other weekend. ($16.75)

Pay

Day

Shift hourly rate of $16

Night

shift hourly rate of $16.75 (10% premium for nights)

Any

hours above 40 will be paid OT Pay at 1.50 X base pay .

FTE BENEFITS:

Hours

worked on Saturday will be paid an additional 1.25% /base rate

Hours

worked on Sunday will be paid an additional 1.50%/base rate

MUST HAVE -

- Own vehicle for reliable

transportation, Willing to submit to a

drug test and background check.

- Minimum 3+ months of

warehouse/ general labor/ production exp, no jumpy work history profiles.

- Ability to stand on feet

for 12 hour shift. This will almost NEVER be the case, but it is possible, so

we cannot have people out there that need to sit.

- Experience working in a

fast paced, repetitive work environment, preferred on their feet.

- Ability to

work 3rd shift if they have interest in going FTE

- MUST wear mask for entire

shift, except in CELL area where social distancing is possible. This is due to

mayors order for Marian county.

- Flexible working

alternating weekends.
