The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Group Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Training of employees, direct employees on set-up and shutdown operations,

  • Providing leadership in the operation and troubleshooting of all fabrication & processing equipment

  • Assisting in developing production schedule, works from the production schedule, verbal and written instructions to determine and assign duty stations to employees based upon production priority guidelines

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

  • Minimum (5) years of production and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong Computer skills

  • Proven work record of leadership qualities, good attendance, and initiative

Travel: May include up to [NA][domestic/international]

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
