Our growing company is searching for a Client Specialist who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Client Specialist will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with clients, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the client contact information as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maximize client potential by establishing strong rapport and trust.

  • Work with a team approach to meet the client needs and bottom line profits.

  • Provide strong, open and positive communication.

  • Maximize the efficiency of the sales team, administrative, and operational functions.

Position Requirements

  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft suite of software.

  • Ability to initiate and confirm telephone appointments with new and potential clients.

  • Position requires the ability to learn and utilize our custom business software.

  • Track record of outstanding customer services skills, including effective communication at all levels of interaction.

  • Strong organizational, planning and record keeping skills.

  • Must desire success within a fast paced, growth oriented company.

  • Resourceful and able to identify and solve problems, find information, and pursue new ideas and initiatives.

  • Flexibility and willingness to change gears as necessary to meet the needs of clients and the Sales Team.

  • Ability to work independently.
