Aerotek Bilingual Investigator Support in Indianapolis, Indiana

Aerotek is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a medical research company in Indianapolis. This position will be remote until the client decides to bring their staff back on site. Equipment is provided and candidates need to be open to working an 8 hour shift between 6am-8pm.

Description:

The Customer Service Rep will be taking inbound calls regard Covid research. A lot of these current calls are due to Covid and having to research and get information back to clinics and doctors offices or labs. Some of these calls will be scripted but candidates must know how to solve problems or escalate the situation to someone who can.

This client is a Contract Research Organization working with Pharmaceutical companies that have some kind of drug or product in development; and this site on the west side is working on the drugs that are in the human clinical trial phase. This company will send the patients/doctors/companies "KIT's" with tools needed to collect samples, and then test and store samples once received. These are for products that are at the final stages of clinical trials.

For this department, candidates will be responsible for handling client questions or concerns. These questions may deal with errors/issues with the KIT, study results, products the client received from this company to put their sample in (from the KIT team), to simple data entry errors that need fixed in the system. They may deal with these issues over the phone, through email or fax. They will not always be able to solve the client issue immediately and will be responsible for investigating the issue through their internal system, speaking with other company departments, and/or looking at the clients information to ensure everything is correct.

They get an issue or problem from a client, have to check the database to research what happened or what is in the system, and speak to multiple people to find the root of the problem, and them implement a solution that works with the client and the company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- Bilingual either Italian or German preferred

- Bilingual Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, French, Russian as well

  • Diploma/College degree

  • Good job tenure (1 yr. minimum in each job)

  • Data Entry/Customer Service experience

Nice to Have:

Biology, Science, or Healthcare Degree

College Degree

Any leadership

Experience Level:

Expert Level
