Were looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Responsibilities:The Associate Culture Communications will be responsible for implementing the internal communications strategy to help drive a consistent culture across the company, including Team Lilly, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Impact and Well-Being initiatives.A skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills and experience navigating the complexity of a highly matrixed structure, the Culture Communications Associate Consultant will collaborate with colleagues within Enterprise Communications and across Reputation Management and Creative, Content and Channels teams to ensure alignment throughout the Communications function and drive an enterprise-wide focus and delivery of the Lilly corporate narrative.Key Objectives/DeliverablesImplement a culture communications plan that drives alignment with the overall Global Communications strategy, and provides consistent internal messaging across all regions, businesses, and departments.Help create and implement a comprehensive communications plan that incorporates priority employee initiatives impacting our culture, including Team Lilly, Diversity and Inclusion, Well-Being, and Social Impact.Partner with corporate reputation to monitor the external environment to develop timely content to respond to important topics and issues.Support the Culture Communications Director and collaborate with the Culture Communications team members to drive a communications strategy that creates an engaging, positive culture.With strategic direction from the Culture Communications Director and in partnership with Employee Communications, International and USA Communications team members, help deliver enterprise-wide communications that are streamlined, creative, connective and forward-looking. (LillyNow articles, Yammer postings, all-employee emails)Provide subject matter expertise to inform the direction of our social and traditional media strategy relating to culture communications initiatives.Develop content and implement the editorial strategy for Team Lilly and Well-Being.Recommend new ideas to help create a consistent culture across the company.Create processes and templates to drive efficiencies and enable rapid response in a fast-paced environment.Gather insights for the Culture Communications team using analytics and feedback to adjust tactics and content to engage employees and measure impact.Partner with and provide direction to external agencies and vendors, as needed.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field2 years of diverse communications experience within corporate or public relations agency environmentsAdditional Skills/Preferences Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience and expertiseCulture communications or employee engagement experienceProven success coordinating multiple enterprise-wide initiativesDemonstrated ability to influence peers and internal leaders.Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to grasp and focus on the big picture.Experience with social platformsSuperb communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills that can help inform and persuade a wide range of audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams across a matrix organization.Effective project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize and make appropriate trade-off decisions.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills wit
