We’re looking to hire both an Analyst and Senior Analyst to join the Partner Anti-Corruption team within Salesforce’s Office of Global Ethics & Integrity. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that Salesforce conducts business with third parties in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards. You’ll report to a Corporate Counsel and will be responsible for performing anti-corruption due diligence of prospective third-party partners and supporting partner lifecycle management, helping shape policies and processes as Salesforce continues to grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and make recommendations on the potential risks of engaging with third parties

  • Conduct in-depth research using public record databases, commercial databases, and the internet.

  • Process, analyze, and remediate reports of adverse partner information

  • Track completion of key partner lifecycle milestones, including training and refresh diligence

  • Assist with internal and external (partner) training initiatives

  • Produce high-quality deliverables efficiently, following Salesforce’s best practices, templates and guidelines

  • Drive operational efficiency with a focus on scaling

  • Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing and implementing compliance monitoring efforts and fostering a compliance culture

  • Apply sound judgment and comply with Salesforce policies on handling sensitive and confidential data

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, ideally with experience handling third party anti- corruption issues (due diligence inquiries, tracking, monitoring, etc.)

  • Demonstrated success independently managing workload and priorities with limited oversight

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues and exercise discretion when management support is necessary to resolve an issue

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and other anti-corruption laws and regulations

  • MBA or other comparable qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau products

  • Proficiency in Google suite

  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
