Where you fit in
The Ambulatory Clinical RN Lead proactively works towards achieving quality and safety outcomes and assists with overall clinical staff development; serves as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager including hiring, coaching, training, education and providing feedback on performance evaluations; ensures retention of talent incorporating proper training and development of low performing staff; collaborates with nursing administration, practice leadership and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services, implement process improvements, and assist in quality initiatives; adheres to established quality principles and standards established by Community Health Network. The RN Lead will cover the east side and south side of Indianapolis.
Your exceptional skills
Three years medical office experience required ; two years clinical supervision or lead experience preferred . Pediatric experience required . Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; organized; self-directed.
Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Bachelor's Degree Preferred . Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
