Under the direction of the Program Director the program staff delivers evidence-based or model programs to youth age 11-19. Those programs (curriculum) includes but are not limited to: Tackling the Tough Skills, Change Company and Too Good for Drugs. Responsibilities include supervising site staff and children, providing and leading curriculum/activities, communicating with parents and school personnel, and maintaining program records/documentation as directed.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years old and have a minimum 2 years college education and 1 year related experience working with teens preferred. This position requires strong human relations skills, as well as skill in supervision, budgeting, and planning. Supervision of activities includes the ability to interpret program objectives to members and participants. Ability to obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention is mandatory.
