WHAT YOU WILL DO
Monitor employees’ performance with the use of standard key performance indicators.
Document system issues while assisting in the development of system improvements.
Maintain all HIPAA compliance standards for providing accurate information for Revenue Cycle Health Systems.
Plan, coordinate, and prepare reports as they relate to Revenue Cycle Management.
Anticipate scheduling needs while maintaining adequate staffing for efficient operations.
Monitor productivity standards while integrating individuals work into a team effort.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and directives from regulatory agencies and third party payers.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Maintain and demonstrate a positive working relationship with the various levels of staff and the public.
Communicate clearly with employees, patients, payer representatives, vendor representatives, and all levels of management both at the Corporate Office and throughout the System while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Work independently following established policies, procedures, and practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3-5 Years Experience
3 years of Revenue Cycle required, 5 years preferred
1 year of Hopsital/Physical office related required
1 year of Leadership preferred
