Aerotek Customer Service & Sales Assistant in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Aerotek is currently hiring for Customer Service & Sales Assistant for a premier employer in Fort Wayne. This is a growing company with room for advancement.

Job Description:

  • Act as daily customer point of contact for questions and complaints

  • Enter customer orders and part numbers into Microsoft Dynamics AX

  • Maintain customer information spreadsheet and daily flash reports

  • Forecast and schedule production

  • Send PO acknowledgements

  • Schedule outbound carriers, obtaining freight rates for new locations

  • Track and coordinate pick up for returns

  • All other tasks as assigned.

Customer service, Freight, Inside sale, Sales support, shipping/receiving clerk, Logistics

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have

  • 2+ years of relatable experience (Customer Service, Inside Sales, Freight Broker, etc...)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • High School Diploma

Would Be Nice

  • Some College

  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX or EPAC

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
