  • Reviews letters and other such client/participant materials.

  • Coordinates large project mailings, Employee Benefit Statements and other annual projects for assigned clients.

  • Assists in the implementation of lump sum/plan termination windows to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provides leadership and training to Associate level team members and is generally responsible for the operation of the client team.

  • Works with Account Executive for any necessary amendments to the Plan document.

  • Assists in gathering and providing information to outside auditors.

  • Has email, telephone, and face-to-face contact with clients on various matters.

  • Establishes strong working relationships with clients.

  • May attend client meetings with client team.

  • Assists in developing administrative procedures and forms used by clients and internal team.

  • Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager.

  • Acts in the role of project manager (or helps the billing team) submit proformas timely.

  • Keeps current on pension law changes and effectively communicates those to the team.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Generally 4-6 years of experience.
