Description

Robert Half is working with a local non profit looking for a part time accounting clerk to support their finance team. The role will be full time with a half day on Friday's and is located downtown Fort Wayne, IN (with free parking!)

Primary duties:

Process Accounts Payable

Data entry in to SAGE 100

Process Cash Sheets and other Deposits

Process period end reports

Support payroll processing

Assists with funding allocation schedules for accounting department

Assists in preparing monthly financial statements

Assists in HR documentation and filing

Performs cost analysis/research and prepares supply orders

Provides backup to other support staff as required

Assumes additional appropriate duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

Associates degree or prior accounting/bookkeeping knowledge

Experience with automated accounting systems

Ability to work with minimal supervision
