This includes the following responsibilities:Provide market analysis of the assigned technology category as it relates to competition, general needs and trendsDevelop vertical market positioning of the products and solutions within your assigned portfolioHandle price analysis and positioning by product classification and specific market characteristics.Work with Sales and Marketing teams on Commercialization of defined portfolio of products, solutions and services.Manage the OEM Technology Partner and Distribution Channel relationships in your product category.Product and Solutions ownership from conception to End of LifePartner with cross functional team to develop promotions, programs and tools to grow your assigned portfolioGather VOC (voice of customer), VOS (voice of sale) and other operational interfaces to assist with products and solutions decisions, updates and road-mappingProvide management with analysis of your portfolio performance, sales and overall metrics as it relates to your products and solutionsAct as the major stakeholder and voice of reason in the strategy and vision of your technology portfolioWork with Global Supply management to maintain regular portfolio rationalization and global strategy.Collaborate with the sales, marketing and technical teams as needed for your portfolioProvide Product direction and support for trade shows, conventions and other events as neededBecome proficient and work within the framework described in the Stanley quality systemsPerform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support departmental goalsManage expenses within budgetThis role will require limited travel under NON COVID conditions.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a Product Management, Product Marketing, or a Technical Sales Engineering function.1+ years experience with Security Monitoring Solutions - Alarm Systems, Life Safety and Emergency Communications.1+ years experience with physical security products, channels, or markets.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing or Technology) or similar past experienceKnowledge of Cloud Hosted (SaaS) and IoT technology solutions is a plus.Software license packaging, subscription modeling and support services experience is a plusAbility to work in a matrix environment and leverage cross functional support as needed, ranging through Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Field Operations, Support Resources, and end customers.Financial modeling skills in building pricing and performance metrics around a product portfolio.Experience working with MS Office, data analysis, reporting tools and CRMsAbility to react quickly in overcome obstacles and pivot to continue to drive deliverables to targeted timelines.Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a diverse work environmentCapable of clearly presenting to large groups via webinar and in personSBDCSS871630
