OneMain Financial Change Control Administrator Lead in Evansville, Indiana

Responsibilities -

  • Support Technology Development Coordinator and Manager with conducting impact analyses, identifying key stakeholders of change, potential resistance, and potential development change champions and advocates to support implementation

  • Analyze and document user productivity tools from third-party providers for product changes looking for features that are new, changed, and deprecated during the providers software release cycle

  • Analyze and document changes in existing features, new and existing product issues

  • Analyze, document, and support programmatic integration into third party productivity tool

  • Evaluate and ensure system readiness for changes, updates, or enhancements amongst Onemain platform providers

  • Work with internal support personnel and external vendors to resolve problems identified in software and implementation of third-party software into the corporate ecosystem

  • Instrument monitoring points in delivered systems to identify areas where performance and error processing can be integrated into the EMC and other technical reporting systems

  • Analyze and resolve differences between generally available features in products and features that are not available when implemented in the corporate ecosystem

  • Work with internal support personnel and external vendors to integrate non-homogeneous products together when required

  • Research and recommend hardware required to deliver content and collaboration

  • Provide technical support to create training development

  • Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Support individual users with complex issues, incidents, or outages with Technology changes, updates, or enhancements

  • Ensure that change processes are defined and executed for all collaboration products

Skills and Qualifications –

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the Enterprise

  • Customer focused; desire to support others through change and to successful implementation of Technology initiatives

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • A solid understanding of how to support internal customers through change

  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to be successful in different situations and scenarios

  • Ability to positively influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Ability to triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning, strategy, and process development

  • Team player that can successfully collaborate with others

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365

  • Technically proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
