Robert Half is working with a top client in the Columbus, IN area who are looking to add to their team a Production Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience. Responsibilities: -Track daily results, plan, set targets, make appropriate adjustments -Conflict resolution, define areas of improvement, lead workshops on quality improvement -Manage personnel issues, Confirm headcount, -Develop team members by making individual development plans and advise for appropriate training -Ensure compliance with Group HSE standards Qualifications: -1-3 years in a production environment -Strong drive and initiative -Experience using with Lean practices -Minimum of an AS Degree
