What you need to know about this position:
The Clinical Talent Office (CTO) is a multi-disciplinary team of leaders who are working to create educational opportunities for our employees and community awareness about opportunities for workforce development in healthcare.
In this position the Clinical Talent Implementation Partner is a liaison between the CTO and teams throughout CRH - helping to determine efficiencies within CTO, understanding the needs of CTO customers, and analyzing data, making recommendations, and implementing or managing projects to completion.
This position also builds relationships and works on projects to better meet our community's educational and workforce needs and builid interest in healthcare careers.
The Clinical Talent Implementation Partner in the CTO is a salaried position with an annualized starting pay of $51,937 and is commensurate with experience.
The position's schedule would typically Monday through Friday 8a-5p though requirements of the job may include work outside of these hours.
Eligible for partial remote work; attendance at some in-person meetings on CRH's campus or wthin community will be necessary.
What is required for this position:
Upon hire you must have:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of professional work experience.
Project management and data analytics.
The employee in this role is regularly required to talk or help, frequently required to sit, occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and push or pull and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
