Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Lead a team of Recruiters who support the hiring of exempt and non-exempt positionsImplement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of external candidates with a balance of speed and qualityCoordinate salaried workforce placement and hiring of hourly workforces required for day-one operationsProvide ongoing consultation for hiring managers and guidance to the recruiting teamMeet regularly with the hiring managers to provide recruitment updates, determine target profiles and gather feedback on candidate poolsReview forecast models in partnership with hiring teamsCarry out all aspects of supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning and directing work, performance appraisals, developing and coachingAddress team and recruiting-related escalations and resolve concernsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience3 years of experience supporting full life cycle recruitment processProficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applicationsIt'd be great if you also have:Experience recruiting and overseeing high-volume exempt and non-exempt rolesExperience managing talent acquisition account relationships5 years of related experience in a recruiting supervisory or related roleAbility to work collaboratively and demonstrate accountability to team goalsBilingual English/SpanishBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
