Category QualityOverviewThe Document Control Manager is responsible for maintaining quality system and manufacturing documents ensuring they are up to date and easily retrievable. Manages day-to-day operations and provides leadership and direction to the functional team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procedure for identifying, distributing and filling of controlled documents.Assure quality of documents to include completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established document management policies and procedures.Process and assign Change Orders in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy in compliance with company procedures.Managing team and assists in managing process.Review Device Master Record (DMR) and ensure Quality Management Systems (QMS) documents are accurate.Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding process of new hires.Authorization of weekly time sheets, expenses, etc for team.Responsible for performance management and annual reviews of direct reports.Help set priorities/direction for the team based on business needs/direction of leadership.Provide guidance and oversight to team.Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth.Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background.Minimum 5 years experience working in quality system environment or regulated industry, preferably in a medical manufacturing environment.Previous leadership/mentoring experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, JBase, Livelink .OptionsApply for this job online ApplyShareShare the job posting with a friend ReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
