We make extensive use of applications throughout our healthcare system. That kind of scope requires experienced tech analysts who can devise and develop applications. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain the system tables, profiles and other application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to customers’ specifications.
Provide on-call and after-hours support for the team and customers following the Franciscan Alliance support model.
Support Franciscan Alliance applications systems by troubleshooting and repairing customer-reported problems.
Work with assigned, on-premise vendors and Application Business Analysts in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
Follow organizational practices for incident, change and request management.
Provide data extracts to business partners.
Coordinate with vendors and other technical teams in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
Support the technical architecture and actively identify and communicate gaps.
Design and document application build and standards.
Monitor application server health and evaluates trends.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Familiar with system integration and technical applications
Deploying system requirements to mobile devices
Working with the Education team on content
Knowledge of and experience with defining, implementing changes to, and supporting a production application/system.
Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices, deliverables and techniques for implementing new or enhanced applications into a production environment.
Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Understanding of interfaces EDI transmissions.
Critical thinking skills.
Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems.
Customer service skills.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Follow directions as communicated in a variety of ways.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1-3 Years Experience: Home Health and Hospice background preferred
Certification(s): Epic Certified preferred
If not certified, must be certified within six weeks of last class and within three test attempts.
Travel: Up to 20%
