Job Description:

Job Description (responsibilities, KRA’s)

Role –

  • To execute & achieve business plan for e-Com account.

  • To ensure all listed products are live on websites with correct pricing.

  • To develop robust distribution infrastructure to service all accounts as per the model.

  • Regular meetings with accounts, develop strong relationship with the key accounts for understanding their internal systems, processes & business to accelerate e-Com business.

  • Facilitates performance reviews with all major accounts on quarterly basis

  • Setting up strong systems & processes for efficiently managing e-Com business.

  • Executing marketing promotion activity as per the plan for accounts.

Responsibility –

  • Achieving CBG Sales plan for the e-Com managed directly.

  • Develop JBP along with customers through alignment of organizational and customer objectives.

  • Ensuring continuous availability of products at customer accounts.

  • Identify, appoint & train distributors in all locations as per the need.

  • Manage distributor operations & set systems for efficiently managing distributor business.

  • Managing Orders, Inventory, stock return, claims of all distributor from time to time & collecting NOC every quarter.

  • Monitoring Competition product and competitor’s promotion.

  • Data analysis and understanding the new process of the account.

  • Executing planned promotions for accounts, monitoring & reviewing the same.

  • In charge of collecting & sharing data on sales, promotions & marketing activities on a monthly basis.

  • Be in constant touch with the E-Commerce accounts giving updates on the developments, systems & processes to the top management.

  • Understanding operations of each accounts with respect to orders, payments, Shipping etc.

Account Planning

  • Implement account level business growth program

  • Prepare monthly account level rolling sales forecast

  • Keeps abreast of information related factors impacting channel in order to en-cash on opportunities to take adequate precaution where required.

Basic Qualification :

  • MBA in sales and marketing

  • 2+ year Experience in eCommerce sales preferably in FMCG industry

  • Min 2+ year experience in FMCG industry

  • Complete understanding of Flipkart , Big Basket & Amazon platform including marketing solution.

  • Ability to communicate complex data analysis result in a simple way.

  • Able to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user)

  • Open and has a desire to excel
