A retail / distribution company located in Avon is adding an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity that will start out temporary with the potential to be hired on. This role will require the candidate to work in office Mon-Fri, 8AM - 5PM. Company offers safe, socially distanced work environment, excellent training and competitive compensation.

Essential Job Duties Include:

• Setting up new customer agreements / accounts

• Taking customer payments via phone and mail (checks, credit card payments, etc.)

• Posting payments on account

• Responding to customer inquiries on account

• Customer billing and monthly statements

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience as listed above

• Intermediate Excel proficiency

• Excellent communicator

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multi-task

• History of excellent attendance as confirmed by references
